Award season is in full swing for many industries, and the advertising industry is no different. Acadiana’s 2016 American Advertising Federation, known locally as the AAAwards, were held on February 20.

Holbrook Multi Media’s Production Manager and COO Bobby Holbrook received a top honor of the night when he was named the Electronic Producer of the Year for his work on effective and compelling video campaigns.

Bobby shared: “When it comes to the videos we produce, I’m always looking for a way to push the envelope visually and deliver engaging content in an ever-changing communication landscape. I can only say I’m beyond honored to have that hard work recognized this year.”

Holbrook Multi Media also took home a Gold Addy Award in the Internet Commercial category for a spot called “Brian Caubarreaux 2015 Scholarship Recipient”. http://www.aafacadiana.com/addy-awards/gold_internet-commercial_brian-caubarreaux-and-associates

Selection of the most creative entry in each category is effected by a scoring process in which a panel of judges evaluates all creative dimensions of every entry. A Gold AAAward recognizes the highest level of creative excellence in a piece,  deeming it to be superior to all other entries in that category.

In 2014 the production company’s CEO Bob Holbrook joined the ranks of distinguished advertising professionals as the winner of that year’s Silver Medal Award Recipient, acknowledging a lifetime of exceptional achievement.

Since its establishment in 1977, Holbrook Multi Media has produced over 100 Award winning campaigns including: Addy Golds for Producing, Cinematography and Copywriting, 12 Pelican Awards for Health Care Marketing, 2 Telly Awards, 1 Hermes Award, Best of Show, Acadiana Advertising Federation 4 years running, Best of Show, National Film Challenge, 2008 and Self-Promotion Campaign, 2014.
